More About Gillian Gracie                                
        Gillian Gracie was born in 1980 and began violin and piano lessons at the age of eight.  She went on to study music at The University of Strathclyde, gaining an honours degree in Applied Music.

Gillian has played with many large ensembles.  She was leader of the BA Applied Music Orchestra and The University of Strathclyde Symphony Orchestra.  She has also been a member of The National Youth Orchestra of Scotland and Camerata Scotland, performing in many venues across the UK.

Gillian is currently a music instructor, teaching the violin in primary and secondary schools in Glasgow.
